Since 2003, Eyal has been driving IKAR’s strategic vision, technology, and marketing activities. Eyal has a B.Sc in Agricultural Sciences from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem, Israel.

 

With his vast experience in natural and synthetic yarn sourcing, Eyal contributed to expanding IKAR's global supply chain. During the past 20 years, as IKAR's CEO, Eyal traveled all over the world, building and establishing meaningful
long-lasting partnerships.

Avi, serving as the General Manager for Asia at IKAR since 2019, plays a pivotal
role in overseeing the company's production, quality and compliance
in the Asian region.

Avi holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from The Technion University in Haifa, Israel, and a master's degree in business management from Polytechnic NY- ensuring the success and efficiency of IKAR's operations in the competitive Asian market.

Sivan Elbaz, the Vice President of Design at IKAR, heads the design team and takes charge of researching and analyzing market trends. 

Her role is pivotal in presenting innovative design concepts and introducing cutting-edge developments to meet the evolving needs of our clientele.

Sivan holds a B.Ed.Des in Fashion design and education from Wizo Academy, Israel.

Amit joined IKAR in 2010 and played a pivotal role in its growth. From 2012 to 2017, he opened and managed IKAR's US branch after relocating to New York City. Amit's expertise and passion lie in innovation, technology, and sustainability.

In September 2023, Amit assumed the role of IKAR's CEO. He holds a BA in Psychology and Business Management from IDC University. In his earlier years, Amit played professional volleyball and still enjoys a good match today.

In her role as the Managing Director for EU & UK at IKAR, Noam leads the company's endeavors in the UK and EU markets. 

With a focus on customer relations, Noam is responsible for both expanding the relevant client base and driving business growth in these regions.

She holds an LLB in law from the Hebrew University in Israel, providing her with a legal foundation that complements her strategic approach to managing IKAR's operations in the European market.

As the Director of Business Development EU, Wiebke plays a key role in managing IKAR's European Office based in Germany. 

In this capacity, she is responsible for overseeing all sales and business development activities within the region.

Wiebke's academic background includes a BA in Fashion Journalism & Communication, providing her with a unique blend of creativity and strategic communication skills.

Nathalie serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at IKAR, overseeing the day-to-day operations with a focus on production management, in-house management support and customer relations.

 

Her academic background includes an esteemed Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies, with a major in Chinese, and Philosophy from Tel-Aviv University, Israel.

In his capacity as the Managing Director for the USA market at IKAR, Roi leads
the New York office, overseeing its operations, building a strong foundation with existing partners and handling US customers' new business prospects.

 

Roi graduated with a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering from Shenkar Academy
in Israel, bringing a practical and pragmatic industrial engineering perspective to his role.
